B.I.M.E Goes Solo, an international online photography exhibition by Rita Betts, opens on July 26 and will continue through August 26, 2022.
Rita Betts's photography purpose is to capture everlasting memories for generations to come. Not ordinary by any means, she strives to give an experience that will be memorable and fun. She believes there is beauty in everything, and it just takes a special eye to see it.

I grew up in Cleveland Heights ,Ohio a Cleveland suburb. Known for being a melting pot, this suburb offered a eclectic community of so many different cultures. Seeing a variety of lifestyles at a young age I wanted to capture it on film. Photography was a passion that was ignited in junior high, Wiley Jr. High would have these extended classes or extra curricular classes where we would take field trips to Fairmount Center. This was a place where a variety of classes were offered. I took fencing and photography. That's where my love for photography began. Developing your own pictures was very fascinating, watching your pictures develop in front of you was amazing that's where I was bitten by the camera bug. Studying photography online with Strafford College and watching videos on YouTube I am consistently broadening my knowledge of photography.
