A local artist to the Hudson Valley, an artsy and outdoorsy part of Northeast US. I live with my two dogs Bubba and Roscha, along with my cat Mothera; we are a happy family living amongst my 30+ houseplants, tarot decks, and crystals. My day job is working at the local animal shelter, where I have been since 2013; the animals I help provide me with a fulfillment that few jobs can. I have a Utopian mindset, believe in God (source, creator, etc.), and know everything happens for a reason. I began painting in 2015 to escape the pains of reality, and in so doing found myself and God. Painting is a way for me to express the divine energy that exists within all of us. Nature is my method to recharge, and painting is the means to express the built-up charge. Breathing in the air on a local hike, listening to the sounds of the birds, and the streams flow; there simply is nothing like it. Life should be light for all of us; this is the state of being that is natural. All beings should be happy and free. I hope my artwork can be of service in this way.
