ART - PERFORMANCES - MUSIC - ENTERTAINMENT - HEALING

A FREE festival where visual & performing arts, documented mad history and mad culture, will come together under one roof, giving people the opportunity to celebrate & network.
With the Loonies Fest we're producing an educational day for the 'normal' crowds, healing/cosy space for the 'lunatics' & entertaining times filled with creativity & inspiration for ALL.

The LOONIES FEST is a major diverse event to celebrate and honouring people's creativity, individuality and lunacy. We'll be celebrate Survivors and the joint work and achievements of the past decade of F.E.E.L. (Friends of East End Loonies), taking the chance

There will be the group art exhibition ‘SURVIVORS STORIES' from the 5th to the 19th September, with artworks by Artists with lived psychosis/psychiatric hospital experiences, as we will be celebrating past and present Survivors, patients, ex-patients, service users (whatever people prefer to be called like). The opening on the 5th of September will be followed by the monthly poetry event Eastbeat (7:30-10pm).

Please note that the show will be accessible for viewing on specific times ONLY:
-the whole day for the Loonies Fest on the Sat 9th, 10am-10pm 
-Tuesday 12th + 19th September 4-8pm; 
-Sat 16th September (also London Open House event) 11am-6pm.
By appointment group visits can be discussed too.
