Categories:

Date:
Saturday, 9 June 2018
Opening:
Saturday, 9 June 2018 - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Ian Giles presents an immersive performance drawn from scripted conversations with the activist group which campaigned against the closure of The Joiners Arms, a Queer pub. Through role-play and texts, the play’s participants will collectively unpack what a queer space is and could be.

This event has been organised by Ryan Kearney, Alice O’Rourke, and Ariadne Tzika from the University of Birmingham, and forms part of the project Three Models for Change, taking place at STRYX in Minerva Works, Digbeth, June 2018.

This event is free, but booking is essential.
