J. Mane Gallery is pleased to present its 2022 Seasons International Online Juried Art Exhibition.
Each season of the year, regardless of what region of the world you live in, comes with nature's own amazing color palette. For this competition we invited artists to share their artistic vision of any of the four seasons, winter, spring, summer or fall. For this competition, we looked for not only technique with medium, but how well the artist captured the essence and spirit of the subject.
Each of our themed exhibitions, awards for First, Second and Third Place. The First Place winner for the Seasons show is Emerson Little for his photograph, Winter In Pine Arizona. The colors Emerson captured, evoked the spirit of winter. His use of the medium is outstanding, and it as if you can feel the chill in the air. Emerson is also the Featured Artist for the next four weeks.
Taking Second Place is Elizabeth Kayl for her photograph, Autumn Light. Elizabeth’s command of the medium is outstanding and once again, the colors she has captured in this photo enhance the Autumn ambiance. And, Third Place goes to Robert Palmer for his oil on linen, Speculum Lacum. Robert’s interpretation of the subject is what made his work stand apart.
Honorable Mention awards were given as well. Honorable Mention awards go to Padma Aleti for her watercolor, Intertwined, Samantha Brown for her watercolor, Dusk, Michael J. Duke for his photograph, Bare Trees In Winter, Regina Roland, for her watercolor Skyburst, Don Scott for his polaroid mosaic, Revered Ancestors, Britain Walston for her oil on canvas, Winter Wonderland and Golf Tsakunis. Please visit the Monthly Winners Page to learn more about each of these award winning artists and to contact them directly about their work.
The remaining artists included in the exhibition serve as an example of impressive talent and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the J. Mane Gallery website.
