Photo-Competition.online is hosting the photography contest “Reflections 2019”. There will be 5 Winners and 5 Honorable Mentions. This competition is open to all photographers worldwide.

Reflections can be mesmerizing. Some surfaces replicate the images we see naturally and ricochet them back to use, at times adding an additional element not in the original scene, and sometimes leaving the reflected image more interesting that the original.
Total Awards in Cash and Art Advertising Prize Value: $900.00.

Theme and Selection:

Using reflections in photography can result in unexpected effects portraying unexpected beauty in everyday scenery. Beauty can be found in an image reflected off a building window, or a mirror image of an object reflecting on the water. It can be a sole image seen in a puddle after a rainstorm, an image in a rearview mirror, or one bouncing off the surface of a newly-shined floor. Reflections can be clear, pristine images or slightly obscured ones. Whatever the case, they add an element of interest and sometimes mystery to a photo.

The judges will be looking for creativity, quality of execution, and uniqueness of vision. Show us your best representation and interpretation of “reflections”, expressed from realism to abstraction.

Eligibility: This online competition is open to all student artists including art by artist under 18, however you must be 18 years of age or older to make the art submission.

First Place: $150.00 in Cash plus  website advertising on Photo-Competition.online to other interested artist valued at $250.00.
Total first place prize value = $400.00

Second Place: $100.00 in Cash plus website advertising on Photo-Competition.online to other interested artist valued at $250.00.
Total second place prize value = $350

Third Place: $75.00 in Cash
Fourth Place: $50.00 in Cash
Fifth Place: $25.00 in Cash

All winning artworks will be featured in Photo-Competition.online “Winners Page” with links to their websites.

5 Honorable Mentions – The artists and their artwork will be displayed in the “Honorable Mentions” Section of Photo-Competition.online.
