J. Mane Gallery is pleased to present its Landscapes International Online Juried Art Exhibition for the month of November 2018.
Any landscape is the condition of the spirit.
For this competition, artists were encouraged to share their artistic vision and interpretation of the landscape-natural scenery such as mountains, valleys, trees, rivers, and forests. The artwork varied from realism to surrealism to abstraction, and all media were accepted, including 3-D. All artists over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their best-inspired work. We had submissions from artists from the United States, England, Japan, and Germany.
Each of our monthly themed exhibitions, awards for First, Second and Third Place. The First Place winner for the Landscapes show is Kristopher Schoenleber for his photograph, Reflecting In Everything. We felt he truly captured the essence of a landscape. Kristopher is also the Featured Artist for the month of November.
Taking Second Place is Izzy Kapetonvic for his photograph, Dead Horse State Park. And, Third Place goes to Marta Kisiliczyk for her oil, Secret Beach.
Four Honorable Mention awards were given as well. Honorable Mention awards go to Gaylord Mink for his painting, Wheatfield Sundown, Yourself Riegel for his photo, Dreaming Memories, JJ Snow for her digital photo, Obsidian And Turquoise and Karen Zak for her acrylic painting, Birchtree Shadows.
Please visit the Monthly Winners Page to learn more about each of these award-winning artists and to contact them directly about their work.
The remaining artists included in the exhibition serve as an example of impressive talent and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the J. Mane Gallery website.
We thank all the competition participants.
