Peter London reads from his new book The Practice of Art over several days, and invites members of the public to engage with him following the reading. The program will take place across five days in the courtyard of the Pence Gallery (reservations not required). London is Professor Emeritus of Art at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the author of several books on art education.

 

When: October 19-23, 2-3 PM (FREE, suggested donation of $10)

Location: Outdoor courtyard of the Pence Gallery - 212 D Street, Davis, CA 95616

This event is in conjunction with the Soul of Nature exhibit, featuring art by Peter London and P. Gregory Guss. This exhibit is on display Oct. 1-Nov. 5 at the Pence Gallery, with an opening reception on Oct. 8, 6-9 PM.
