Sunday, 1 November 2020 to Monday, 30 November 2020

In November Partners Gallery is exhibiting Visual Metaphors, the gallery’s third online show, featuring Pamela Hahn, Virginia Sharkey and Mina Cohen. Reflecting the theme of the primacy of the visual in our understanding of our world, each artist explores her individual experience of seeing and knowing.

In her large acrylic paintings Sharkey focuses on the energy and presence of noon, while Hahn’s new encaustic work is inspired by her immediate surroundings and imagination created while sheltering in place. As the election looms Cohen incorporates snakeskin as a metaphor in her mixed media musings on the hegemony of the powerful.

Visitors to the website can also view the work of all twelve gallery artists as well the Partners Blog and News.
