Make Your Mark in the Park will Kick-Off the 7th Annual The Big Draw LA Event Series!

Anyone can create art!  Come see for yourself at this year’s The Big Draw LA, Southern California’s largest public drawing event series presented by LA-based nonprofit organization, Ryman Arts.

The Big Draw LA will kick off its 7^th year on Sunday, October 2 with Ryman Arts’ own event, Make Your Mark in the Park, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in blocks 1 and 2 of Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles.

Make Your Mark in the Park is a FREE event that encourages the community to come together and draw, regardless of age, experience or skill level.

Participants will enjoy over a dozen free drawing activities, ranging from animation to printmaking, complete with costumed models to serve as drawing subjects.

Music will be provided by DJ Quatre Cinq, giving guests a full entertainment experience while celebrating the act of drawing.

Ryman Arts is a non-profit organization that brings together students from over 150 neighborhoods in Southern California and provides them the opportunity to obtain professional studio art instruction, as well as college and career guidance at no cost to the students or their families.
