Solo Exhibition by Daniela Duca

Exhibition Open: Saturday 16th July 11am-5pm

This July 15th and 16th, emerging artist, Daniela Duca will be presenting a weekend exhibition of her works ‘A Crazy Yellow Theory’ at Lacey Contemporary Gallery. Based in London, Daniela Duca is a self-taught artist with a cross-disciplinary experience and education. With a BSc in Biochemistry and a BA in international Economics and Commerce, followed by an MSc in Development Studies and a PhD in Innovation management, Daniela has somehow also found time to cultivate her passion for art and painting. Painting from her studio at home, Daniela is inspired by the world around her, and in particular the way in which the world is evolving. From her paintbrush, she creates an idealistic world where positive energy is the driving force. She uses the colour yellow to represent this positivity.

‘A Crazy Yellow Theory’ is an exhibition of paintings by Daniela, that represent her optimistic view of the world. “Yellow is considered the colour of energy and positivity. It is the colour of the sun, of light….it is the definition of purity.”

Join Daniela Duca for her private view and opening night on July 15th 2016 from 6pm. RSVP totessa@laceycontemporarygallery.co.uk
