Legacy – Lórien Eck and Gaylen Corbett Art Exhibition
Local artists Lórien Eck and Gaylen Corbett will be showcasing their fine art at Lang Fine Art, a longstanding storefront at 1450 South Pacific Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.
Their featured art and art git items will be shown from August 3 through September 7, 2017.
The show opens on August 3, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with an Artists' Reception on the first Thursday during Laguna Beach Artwalk.
Gallery visits are by appointment only.
Closing celebration on September 7th from 6-9pm
Eck and Corbett, who have know each other since childhood, represent the second generation of artists in their families. They are proud to carry on the family tradition, but are careful to explain: “In regards to the LEGACY theme, we feel that it's bigger than just our personal legacy of following in our own fathers' footsteps. It's the legacy that we all leave behind - the legacy of the earth and all of its elements for the next generation.”
