Flying and Freedom, an online solo exhibition by Farahnaz Oliyaie, opens on 15th October 2020 and will continue through 15th November 2020.
The paintings, all created with acrylic paint on canvas, focuses on birds. We have usually seen birds in nature or TV documentaries. They are flying, fighting for food, or playing with each other. In this series, Farahnaz has had a closer look at their lives. Imagine an owl listening to music at night via a headphone or try to understand their harmony and relationship, their feelings for one another, kindness, love, and of course, hatred and anger.
This series of paintings is not something you can find in nature or TV, yet a creative artist mind can imagine it, and here we are watching it at https://www.biafarin.com/flyingandfreedom
